# Seasons

Nest Finance Points program will have various Seasons, coinciding with multiple rounds of $NEST token drops. Each season will be unique in its approach.

### Why Seasons?

Seasons are a good way of rewarding long-term protocol usage while incentivizing growth in different parts of the Nest Finance product suite. We have a huge line-up of exciting products in the pipeline, and we'll incentivize users to grow their usage patterns as we grow the protocol.

### Will every Season look more or less the same?

Definitely not! Just as we anticipate huge product growth, we foresee the points program growing substantially over time.

Each season will have:

* Different duration
* New mechanics
* Unique airdrop schedules
* Different allocation

### How many Seasons will there be?

At least 3
